Magento Product FAQs Questions

Description

Magento Product FAQs Questions extension offers a questions and answers list in product page and a form where customers can submit questions. Administrator can approve and answer to questions . Also administrator can set to be notified by email when a new question is submitted.

Installation

1. Use FTP client to upload all folders from the pc_product_faq.zip package to your Magento site root folder. Be sure that you upload them to the correct directories.
2. Login to your Magento administration panel and refresh cache (go to System > Cache Management and select Refresh)
3. Relogin to admin panel (log out and back into Magento Admin Panel).

Setup

1. Go to System > Configuration > Catalog > Product FAQ and define notification settings.
2. To manage questions go to Catalog > Products FAQ. You can edit, delete, approve and answer to questions.
